Policies

As the studio continues to grow and adapt, we would like to inform you of a general overview of our policies for the studio. These policies are intended to stabilize lesson times, and maintain a constant progress for all of our students. Our goal is to ensure that everyone has a secure and consistent lesson schedule.

Policy Overview

1. Payment Structure:

- Monthly flat-rate payments are required for piano classes. Options include:

- 30-minute weekly classes

- 45-minute weekly classes

- Hourly weekly classes

2. Emergency cancellation

- Each student is allowed one make-up lesson per semester, which can be utilized in the event of a sick day or an emergency.

3. Payment Schedule:

- Payments for classes are due on a monthly basis.

- Monthly payments must be made within the first three days of each month.

4. Late Payment Fee:

- A late fee of $15 will be charged if payment is not transferred by 11:00 pm on the third day of each month

5. Recitals:

- Recitals will be offered once per semester.

- Participation in the recital costs $20 per student.

6. Books:

- Books and other materials will be offered at a reasonable cost
