Policies

As the studio continues to grow and adapt, we would like to inform you of a general overview of our policies for the studio. These policies are intended to stabilize lesson times, organize makeup classes, and maintain progress for all of our students. Our goal is to ensure that everyone has a secure and consistent lesson schedule.

Policy Overview

 

1.  Payment Structure:

   - Monthly flat-rate payments are required for piano classes. Options include:

   - 30-minute weekly classes

   - 45-minute weekly classes

   - Hourly weekly classes

2.  Makeup Lessons:

   - Well-communicated and timely cancellations may be eligible for a makeup lesson

   - Make-up lesson is offered only in the last Sunday of each month

   - There's a maximum of one make-up lesson per month

 

3.  Payment Schedule:

   - Payments for classes are due on a monthly basis.

   - Monthly payments must be made within the first three days of each month.

 

4.  Late Payment Fee:

   - A late fee of $15 will be charged if payment is not transferred by 11:00 pm on the third day of each month

5.  Recitals:

   - Recitals will be offered once per semester.

   - Participation in the recital costs $20 per student.

​

6Books:

  - Books and other materials will be offered at a reasonable cost

​
